Every time I debate going back to work,
its weeks like this one that shut that down.
at this point in our lives, it's just not an option.
Monday, January 26th
We had an appointment for Cooper's second Endoscopy.
We would be seeing if the limited diet of the Hypoallergenic formula, welches fruit snacks, apples, carrots, bananas and white potato was being tolerated, and we would see how much it was being tolerated.
We would be able to see if Cooper's Eosinophil count was down from the last Endoscopy that was done in August when he had not had any restrictions on his diet.

Tuesday, January 27th
On Tuesday we had our first follow up with the surgeon after Cooper's G-Tube placement.

Thursday January 29th
TODAY COOPER TURNS 2!! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!??
We also had a class scheduled with the surgeons nurse to teach us about G-tube care, but it was canceled last minute.
It was also Cooper's Uncle Ryan's birthday (They share it, how cute! :) ) So we celebrated that with Family.

Friday, January 30th
Today we had Coopers 2 year old Check up.
