Tuesday, January 27th we had the follow up with Cooper's surgeon.
Coopers site looked great!
The doctor isn't concerned with anything right now,
She wants us to come back when the granulation tissue shows up (in about two weeks).
Granulation tissue is new connective tissue and tiny blood vessels that form on the surface of a wound during the healing process. It forms around the tube.
The surgeon gave us information on what we need to look for as it develops and we will see her again soon.
